My name is Helen, and I’ve been a practicing therapist for over 19 years. Working around Leek, Congleton and Manchester, my services span reflexology, sports massage, aromatherapy and specialist treatments designed to support workplace health and wellbeing.

I work in partnership with you, identifying weaknesses, tensions and stress, and tailoring therapies and programmes to support recovery in a way that works for you. This might involve an individual therapy, or it might involve a bespoke, holistic approach drawing on a number of different therapies and treatments, from reflexology and aromatherapy to deep tissue massage and yoga.

My reflexology and massage therapy rooms are in Leek, Brown Edge and Congleton, but I regularly provide on-site and workplace treatments in homes, offices and centres across Staffordshire, Cheshire and Manchester.
